  • Phone and email correspondence prior to the event

  • Complete wedding design including mood board
  • Planning sessions including two venue walkthroughs

  • Securing and management of all wedding suppliers
  • A detailed production schedule
  • Reception layouts created alongside suppliers
  • Coordination of rehearsal dinner (if required)

Event Design


We create a vision for the event and then design all of the visual details to transform your space. Our design process begins with a consultation to discuss your event, inspirations, dreams and desires. Once we’ve had an onsite walk-through, and have had an in-depth discussion about your wedding, we create a design proposal including visual inspiration, and a table mockup at an extra cost. This package is inclusive of the design team, stationery, florist, rentals, linens, lighting and any other design related suppliers

This package consists of:


  • Phone and email correspondence prior to the event
  • Planning sessions including three venue walkthroughs
  • Complete wedding design including a detailed mood board and table mockup (at an extra cost)
  • Management of all design suppliers, including detailed production schedule
  • Decor set up and strike

Event Coordination


On the day liaison with bridal couple, bridal party, event suppliers and venue coordinators.

This package consists of:


  • Phone and email correspondence with suppliers on the wedding day
  • Direct liaison between bridal couple and venue
  • Ensure the design layout is in line with couples’ requirements
  • Ensure a seamless flow of cocktail hour food and drinks
  • Assist guests to locate their names on the seating chart, and encourage them to take their seats at the appropriate time
  • Locate wedding party and line them up for their introductions
  • Cue band, DJ or designated emcee when the majority of guests have found their seats and the Bride and
  • Groom are ready to be introduced
  • Coordinate the catering service schedule, and ensure that guests are served at the appointed time
  • Cue band/DJ, photographer, videographer and immediate family members when important events take place (i.e. first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts)
  • Cue Father of the Bride, Best Man and Maid of Honor when they are about to be announced for toasts
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at the end of the night
  • Prevent and solution any issues that may arise during the event
  • Collect gifts and personal décor items, and ensure they reach the designated family member, room and/or vehicle at the end of the night
  • Coordinate reception departure transportation and/or formal send-off.

We offer a 360º destination wedding planning service, including pre- and post-logistics management.

Taking care of every single detail, we guide you through each stage of the wedding planning process.

Our personal approach with each bridal couple enables us to craft a unique ambience and visual identity for your wedding.

Our destination wedding offering includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide group travel, accommodation, transfers, gifting and excursion options
  • Create a wedding website with all the pertinent wedding information i.e hotel booking, country and travel regulations, wedding day details, gift registry
  • Manage guest communication – save the dates, invitations, aide memoire ect
  • Manage all communication with wedding venues, hotel/lodge’s, concierge to ensure clear communication and execution
  • Create a detailed wedding itinerary for both suppliers and guests and manage logistics thereof
  • Develop contingency plans for rain and other unforeseen events
